Stamping

I decided to try stamping again tonight.  I think I was fairly successful.  They aren't perfect, but compared to last time I tried to stamp, they look great.

I used my new Julep Hayden as the base coat and stamped with SH Lickety Split Lime.  

Here's the plate I used.  It was one of my new MASH plates.  Mash-40.

Finished product.  I wish it would have still been light outside so I could go out and take the pic.  This light doesn't show the colors very well.

America

Here's my latest.  I just found Julep last week and of course, right away signed up and also placed an order. My order was for this polish.  It's called America.  I love it!  I'm not really a huge sparkle fan but I think this is really pretty.  I need to take a closer pic.  I started with my Essie red.  I'm too lazy right now to get up and go look at the bottle for the correct name.  I'll try and remember to include that tomorrow.  So what I did was paint the Essie red and then use the Julep America on just the tips except for my pinkies.  I covered those whole nails with the sparkling beauty.

And we're off.....today is the start of a blog I'm assuming not many will read.  But that's ok because I have no idea what I'm doing.  I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually, but for now it's probably a good thing no one knows about me.  I may write daily.  I may write weekly.  It all depends on my mood, attitude, and how things are going in my sometimes crazy life.  I plan on posting lots of pics of my nail art along with my thoughts.  So sit back and enjoy....comment if you wish, and live the life you love!!
